My Translation of the text is fuzzy and probably inaccurate but it appears to be suggesting that both Sütterlin and Dr Metzen were a bit off the deep end with their designs and this is a perfect example of how mad they were. I'm Personally in love with their madness and quite glad they had the freedom to act as the artists they were. I don't have a metzen yet but my library of Sütterlin is increasing. This is the best I have from him yet. my photos aren't the best. I need to wash these lightly but won't be doing that for a while to come. I think the iridescence will be quite a bit brighter. One was marked but it's very hard to see.
