753 -- Jodhpur cut and enameled vase. fully marked

This is one of those cross over pieces. Harrach made glass and in some cases decorated glass for Heckert. This styling is classic Heckert but in this case seen with a Harrach mark. Apparently they also sold this design under the wings of both houses.
